Refund Policy 

Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code) in original packaging can be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Grace and Glory does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT. RETURN CRITERIA:

Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. Return all items in original tags and packaging where applicable. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, 50% deduction will be taken off of the store credit for the item(s). 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN TIMEFRAME:

Returns must be sent back to Grace and Glory HQ within 7 days of your item(s) delivery date.  Please ensure your package has been shipped back to us within 7 days. If your package was shipped back to us after the 7 day mark, it will not be accepted for store credit.

RETURN PROCESS:

Once your return(s) is submitted and approved by us you will receive a shipping label via email. Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to Grace and Glory.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Grace and Glory. Grace and Glory does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

STORE CREDIT:

Once we receive your return back at Grace and Glory, it will be processed for store credit within 3-4 business days. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift-card for the amount of your item. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiry date!

REFUNDS:

We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued.

EXCHANGES:

You are welcome to exchange your item for the same item in a different size (if it’s available). Otherwise, store credit will be issued and can be used towards anything else on our website plus it never expires.

CANCELED ORDERS:

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All orders placed on sale, any mystery packs, OR using a discount code are final. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased on sale or using discount codes.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: JEWELRY, home decor, accessories, bodysuits, shorts with liners, Custom Sweatshirts, flash sale & sale items. NO EXCEPTIONS
